Our class story is ‘Whatever Next’ by Jill Murphy. Our display shows the little bear zooming off to space in his cardboard box. We have made name rockets to add to the display.
We have been using Numicon to help us solve ‘1 more than’ maths problems.
In Ladybirds class we have made aliens in space ships. We have used our own handprints to create our aliens and googly eyes to give them character. We needed to cut our shapes accurately and be very careful when applying the glue.

This half term Reception have taken part in ‘Balanceability’ a balance bike training programme. We had to make sure we were safe by putting our helmets on and listening carefully to Chris’s instructions.
